In compliance with current regulations on data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we provide you with the following information that you must read before giving your consent:

Purposes of the treatment:	The purpose of the processing is the management of the data of the participants who present their projects to the BFA platform (Business Factory Auto: http://www.bfauto.es/).
Legitimation:	Express consent of the interested party, as well as the execution of a contract.
Recipients:	Communications will be made to the other entities that participate as joint controllers of data processing and that co-finance the BFA project (IGAPE, Consorcio de la Zona Franca de Vigo, Vigoactivo, Stellantis, GAIN and XESGALICIA). The photograph of the participants in the BFA project (candidates who present their projects, teachers, evaluators and tutors) may also be published on the websites and social networks of the partners in order to publicise certain events, for which the express consent of the interested party is requested. International data transfers will not be made.
Rights:	You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data, as well as other rights, as explained in the additional information.

Consent for the processing of your personal data

The interested person declares to be over 16 years of age and gives his/her consent for the processing of his/her personal data, in accordance with the information provided and the conditions set out in the Data Protection Policy. He/she also declares that the data provided is accurate and truthful and undertakes to notify the data controller in writing of any variation or modification that may occur in the aforementioned data.

The interested person authorizes the publication of his/her photograph as a participant in the BFA project on the websites and social networks of the partners for the purpose of publicizing certain events.
The interested person declares that he/she has an adequate legal basis (consent or otherwise) to incorporate personal data of third parties into his/her BFA project, and therefore assumes full responsibility for the legitimacy of the use of this data by the BFA program.
